Meet Bailey Mitchell, Express Service Advisor
Bailey’s journey to Mercedes-Benz of Ontario begins at home helping her dad – a big car enthusiast – work on cars. At 18, she applied to Mercedes-Benz of Ontario and accepted her first position at the front desk; from there, she took on roles as Cashier, Loan Car Coordinator, Service Advisor Assistant and now, Express Service Advisor. From childhood days with dad & his project cars to five years at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario, Bailey’s passion for the automotive industry is palpable to our guests & Team Members. When Bailey is not busy meeting with guests at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario, she is snowboarding, finding hidden gems in the Inland Empire & beyond, taking short weekend trips or dining at Noi due trattore (where she knows the staff!). She shares, “I recently took a weekend trip to Napa Valley because I enjoy wine tasting!
