Employee Spotlight: Amatziah Hunte
Updated November 3rd, 2021.In the next installment of our Employee Spotlight Series, we are highlighting Amatziah Hunte, a Service Advisor on our Mercedes-Benz of Ontario Service Team.
Starting With Fletcher Jones
Amatziah started his career in the automotive industry right here at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario; in fact, one month after our dealership opened in 2012! We welcomed him onto our Team as a Sales Porter, but soon after, he continued onto our Lot Manager position. From there, he was given the opportunity to reopen the Express Service Lane, which he eagerly (& excitedly!) accepted. He dedicated 3 years to Express Service, and his experience has now brought him to his current role as a Service Advisor!
Why the Automotive Industry?
Amatziah shares, “Since I was a kid, I can remember gravitating towards cars. Fast cars, exotic cars, working on cars, anything and everything car related!” Moreover, he chose Mercedes-Benz to gain more knowledge of their history, the brand and the specific models.
Why Fletcher Jones?
For Amatziah, he appreciates how Fletcher Jones is dedicated to delivering a one-of-a-kind guest experience and he wants to be part of that; plus, he enjoys working alongside his Team Members – they are amazing!
Outside of Work
When Amatziah is not busy assisting guests on the Service Drive, he is outdoors, tasting the latest offering at his go-to breweries, watching a sports game or with his family.
