Meet Yessica Garcia, Lead First Impressions Receptionist

Are you familiar with the wonderful, hospitable feeling that you get when you visit us here at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario? One of the reasons you get that feeling is because of Yessica Garcia, our Lead First Impressions Receptionist. She is the team leader of our front desk, the cashiers, and the concierge staff. We would like to take this opportunity to feature Yessica as we learn more about her.

Yessica joined the MBO family last July after she had paid us a visit for an application. She automatically knew she wanted to work here from her distinct experience of walking through the door, and immediately feeling welcomed and at home thanks to the warm reception of our team. She described the staff as “professional and friendly” and she was hooked.

Yessica particularly enjoys interacting with our guests and ensuring that they are delighted throughout their visit and beyond. She develops long-lasting relationships with our guests and she aims to provide “The Best or Nothing” experience. She considers herself blessed to work with such an amazing team in the First Impressions Department and throughout the entire dealership.

When Yessica is away from the dealership, she enjoys spending quality time with her furry child, Wallie, a two-year-old Shih Tzu. They love to take walks in her neighborhood or go on little adventures to the Chino Hills Shoppes. Yessica is also no stranger to the soccer field. She spends a few nights per week with her colleagues at a local park in Rancho Cucamonga. Lastly, we can’t forget to mention that she enjoys cooking and baking. Do you think Wallie enjoys that too?
