The Business Development Team at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario

Today we would like to introduce you to our Business Development Team. From left to right, Jonathan Moreno, Ben Baysic, Cecilia Beas, and Matt Nouri. This talented and charismatic group helps to build relationships with current and future clients to help their dream of owning a Mercedes-Benz come true.

Jonathan Moreno was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended Glendale Community College and received his Emergency Medical Technician Certification at East Los Angeles College. Here at Fletcher Jones, Jonathan enjoys working amongst highly talented and motivated individuals under the guidance of a very knowledgeable and experienced management team. His favorite hobbies outside of work include working out, playing soccer and dancing. Jonathan’s favorite Mercedes-Benz model is the Mercedes-Benz E-Class.

Ben Baysic is originally from Cerritos, California. He attended Cal Sate Fullerton and received his Bachelor Degree in Radio, TV and Film. For years, Ben has had a love for customizing cars and this is part of what initially inspired him to go into the automotive industry. Ben’s favorite aspect of coming to work is a combination of factors. “The people, the environment, and the attitude… it is always a feeling of staying positive. Plus, I jog around the Back Bay everyday, it’s beautiful!” On his free time, Ben loves to travel. The next destination will be the Maldives or the Tahitian Islands. He loves going on bicycle rides to the Santa Monica Pier and practicing his new hobby of paddle-boarding. His favorite Mercedes-Benz is the Gelandewagen… he plans to get one soon!

Cecilia Beas comes to us from Los Angeles, California. She attended Orange Coast College, where she studied Communications. Cecilia is very customer service oriented and driven. This is part of what inspired her to enter into the luxury automotive industry. She’s been in the automotive field for nine years and she came to Fletcher Jones because she saw the opportunity for the most potential here. Her favorite part of coming into work is taking in the energy that is felt as soon as you walk in the door. “It’s contagious, everyone here is working toward the same goal… success!” Her favorite hobbies outside of work include reading, hiking, traveling, and going to the beach and if she could choose a Mercedes-Benz, it would be the Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG®.

Matt Nouri was born and raised in Houston and moved to Orange County in 2010. Matt attended the University of Texas and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Business Law. His favorite aspect of coming to work each day is surrounding himself with the fast-paced and competitive work environment. When he’s not at work, Matt enjoys getting in some time at the beach, playing soccer and basketball and working out. His favorite car is the Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG®.
