Using the Complimentary Airport Shuttle
If there’s a favorite in the family, we can agree it’s probably your Mercedes-Benz, but unfortunately we can’t take our special family member aboard a plane (things might get a little crowded). Luckily, you have the Mercedes-Benz of Ontario team! You can think of us as your trusted babysitter while you’re away. We’ll store your vehicle in a safe location so you can rest easy on your well-deserved vacay. To top things off, we’ll even provide you and your family with transportation to the Ontario International Airport. Just remember to use these friendly tips prior to using the Mercedes-Benz of Ontario Airport shuttle.
1. Make A Reservation 48 Hours in Advance

2. Arrive Early for Pick-Up
Plan ahead. Make sure to arrive at least 30-45 minutes early for pick-up in addition to arriving at the airport on time.
3. Know Where to Expect Us Upon Arrival
You can expect our shuttle drivers to pick you up outside of baggage claim.
While you’re sipping on margaritas on the beach, you can even choose to treat your precious Mercedes-Benz to a day at the spa. Choose to have your routine maintenance serviced on your Mercedes-Benz while you’re away so by the time you arrive back to Ontario, you’ll be reunited with a freshly washed Mercedes-Benz that’s driving at peak performance!
