If he seems like a familiar face to you, it’s probably because Addi has been a part of the Fletcher Jones family since 2014. For Addi, being a leader is a person that people look up to and is able to motivate and assist his team.
“Showing your team that you care for them and their family is the biggest encouragement they can get,” Addi said.
He does so by asking each individual what their goals are and what they would like to accomplish. Encouraging his team to work together is the key to helping his associates build a successful career.
Aside from his passion of working in the luxury vehicle industry, Addi also enjoys playing poker, target shooting, and swimming.
