Intelligent Voice-Powered Feature

To turn the voice-activated feature on, simply say, “Hey, Mercedes,” or press a button on the steering wheel. MBUX can answer your questions or requests and understands when the driver speaks in a conversational manner. For example, if you feel warm, you can state, “Hey, Mercedes, it’s hot in here,” and the MBUX system will understand you’re essentially asking it to lower the temperature in your vehicle by a few degrees.

Artificial Intelligence Gives MBUX the Ability To Learn

Over time, MBUX can start to suggest new destinations, comfort settings, and music, based on your preferences. The system learns what you prefer by following your profile, even when you are driving another Mercedes-Benz vehicle that has MBUX installed! Furthermore, to make it easy to access your favorite features, MBUX puts your frequently used features, like your navigation route to home or favorite radio station, on the main menu.
