Cynthia’s Journey with the Fletcher Jones Family

When did you first join the team at Fletcher Jones?

I joined the Fletcher Jones Family in 2011 as a First Impressions Receptionist at the Newport Beach location. The position opened up the opportunity for advancement at our new facility, Mercedes-Benz of Ontario. I was ecstatic to take on my new role as the First Impressions Manager, overseeing the receptionists, cashiers and concierge. We are the first point of contact when visiting Mercedes-Benz of Ontario.

What has been your favorite aspect of being a part of the Fletcher Jones Team?

I love building relationships with our guests. Going on four years with Fletcher Jones, I’ve had the opportunity to wear multiple hats and gain knowledge about different departments, giving me the ability to address situations with confidence. I also met the love of my life, my husband, Justin Smyres at the Fletcher Jones Newport location. We were married in 2014 – from the dealership to the alter!

What, to you, is the best part of the Ontario location?

My First Impressions Team of course!!! I absolutely love training new associates and seeing them grow into different roles within the Fletcher Jones family.

What is life like outside of work?

Outside of work, I am a mommy to my furry 6 year old Siberian Husky. In my busy schedule, I try to dedicate time volunteering in the nursery at my church. My husband and I love to spend our days off with family, at the beach or the happiest place on Earth, Disneyland!!!

What are your top two hobbies?

I love reading and “trying” to cook for my hubby.
