Joshua Tree National Park, which sits at the border of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. It encompasses nearly 800,000 acres and is named after the Joshua Tree forest that is native to the area.

Activities include camping in one of the nine campgrounds, hiking, rock-climbing, and sight seeing.
