Living in Ontario you are in the center of everything! Whether you want to beat the heat or stay outdoors; We have compiled a list of local summer activities for you to enjoy.

Graber Olive House
First on the list is the Graber Olive House. This is recognized as Ontario’s oldest standing business, dating back to 1894. This family owned business provides tours to anyone; all you have to do is ask inside the gift shop. On the tour the family shows off their traditional harvesting and canning methods that have been used since C.C. Graber purchased the land with the influx of ranchers in the 1900’s. Make sure to take home some olives and other various treats.

Citizens Business Bank Arena

If you’re looking to beat the heat, explore what is to offer at the Citizens Business Bank Arena. Normally the host to the Ontario Reign, the Los Angeles Kings affiliate, it is also a hub for a variety of concerts and other events. This month the Ringling Bros. ® and Barnum & Bailey ™ are in town on the Out of This World Tour. The performers entertain under a cosmic theme with gravity-defying acrobatics and thrills.

Museum of History and Art of Ontario

If you are looking to indulge in the arts and local knowledge the Museum of History and Art of Ontario is a great destination. It hosts many local exhibits that are visually enjoyable and also educational. Currently on display is the “Faces of the Community” exhibit that showcases the history of Ontario and the experiences and memories of local individuals.

Mount Baldy

Mount Baldy is an outstanding choice if you are seeking more of an outdoor thrill. At 10,064 feet, Mount Baldy is home to multiple hiking trails on all four sides of the mountain making it very accessible. There are also many special summer routes and trails. Make sure to bring a camera. The views are exceptional.
