Pine Haven Cafe is a hidden gem, literally! Tucked away inside of the “Guest House Hotel & Suites,” it’s a little tough to find on the first visit but certainly worth the effort. Sunday brunch is buffet style with the option to order off their regular menu. You can tell love is poured into every dish. The cafe is shabby chic and the seats are quite comfy. Hazelnut French Toast is a must order!

Le Pain Quotidien is the perfect brunch spot to take the entire family to. Located next door to the Laemmle’s Claremont 5 movie theatre, what a better place to start off the morning and then easily catch a matinee film. Being a traditional Belgian restaurant bread is a big deal. Handmade and fresh to order, you will not be disappointed when you slather one of the many spreads you have to choose from onto the bread and bite in. Simple ingredients make for more healthy but still filling and delicious options. Beer and wine can be served but we say skip that altogether and order the fresh mint lemonade, yum!

If you are looking for a wholesome friendly place to have sunday brunch look no further. Molly’s Souper is like visiting grandma’s house. Everyone can enjoy themselves here. Really though, even your dog will have its own menu! With a massive outdoor seating area you will be sure to find the perfect spot either in the sun or under some shade. The “lite eaters” in your life will appreciate the option of ordering ½ portions and the big eaters will benefit from the generous serving sizes. We recommend you bring cash as Molly does not accept credit cards and there is an additional .50 service charge for debit cards.
