Meet Mike Doehla, Service Advisor

In the next installment of our Employee Spotlight Series, we are highlighting Mike Doehla, a Service Advisor and an original Mercedes-Benz of Ontario Team Member! In fact, he’s been here “since it was a dirt lot!”

Over 30 Years of Experience

Mike enjoys cars and has a passion for helping others (above all else), and when he put those two together, pursuing a career in the automotive industry was the optimal choice. He started working in independent shops, before driving tow trucks, and then, focusing on the tire industry. After managing tire stores for more than a decade, Mike jumped into the Service Advisor role and as he says, “The rest is history!”

A Passion For Helping Others

As a Service Advisor, he is able to do a deep dive into his passion of helping others and being the person our guests can rely on when it comes to their Mercedes-Benz. He shares, “The best part of my job is watching my guests leave happy! I aim to provide our guests with a 100% exceptional experience from start to finish.”

When Mike is not at Mercedes-Benz of Ontario, he can be found entertaining friends, supporting his daughter at her club volleyball games and his son at his soccer games!
