Chris Nelson is Our New Service Manager
In 1985, Chris Nelson spent his days sweeping floors and cleaning at an independent service shop and his evenings at automotive school. He eventually worked his way to apprentice technician of the shop. In 1988, a Mercedes-Benz dealership would open the door to his first Mercedes-Benz technician position, marking the start of a booming career. From there, Mr. Nelson challenged himself with a variety of roles, including: Team Leader, Service Writer, Service Department Supervisor (Assistant Manager), Service Manager and Service and Parts Director for the past 17 years. His experience and time in the automotive industry speaks to the wealth of knowledge he carries to Mercedes-Benz of Ontario as Service Manager.
