Meet Aileen Lopez, Guest Relations Manager for Mercedes-Benz of Ontario

In the next installment of our Employee Spotlight Series, we are highlighting our Guest Relations Manager, Aileen Lopez.

Aileen’s journey with Fletcher Jones Automotive Group started in 2008 at our sister store, Fletcher Jones Motorcars, as Cashier Supervisor. After a year, she was promoted to Guest Relations Manager, which she took on for 4 years. In 2017, she became the Guest Relations Manager for Mercedes-Benz of Ontario and has been in this role since then!

She shares, “As the Guest Relations Manager, I love how every day is a different experience! I am always interacting with our guests and Team to exceed expectations!”
