This company is spamming my email. I contacted to them asking to stop sending emails to me but they were rude and refused to stop spamming. It is impossible to unsubscribe from their emails.
Yesterday, February 18th, 2026, I brought my 2025 eqb to the Mercedes Benz Ontario for its 2nd free service, but one of the employees stole one of my 3 colognes that I had in the center compartment, due to the issue, I asked the manager to reimburse my $181 dollars and they didn't agree, instead they offered services that I didn't ask for, I ended so disappointed, so I am not be recommending people to this place anymore.
My car is always in excellent hands at Mercedes of Ontario. Tony. Garcia provides me with excellent service and make sure everything is top-notch with my vehicle

The sales associate (Joseph) and financing representatives were wonderful. No high pressure sales, no unreasonable expectations or demands, the ENTIRE process was positive, respectful, informative, and far more pleasant than expected and over other dealerships. We were shown multiple options and all my concerns were respected and taken into consideration by everyone we interacted with.
