Ron Broussard provided the best service experience. We brought our GLE 450 in for an oil change and to investigate a noise at the rear of the vehicle. The tech. couldn't identify the noise so Ron solicited the help of the Service Manager who did a ride along with me to identify the source of the noise. I turned out to be normal; the noise was generated whenever the rear camera was engaged. I believe other service reps would have blown off our concern but Ron made sure to get it addressed.

We found out when we got there that we had to leave our vehicle with this dealership; and it was for approximately 3 weeks because of an internal Timing issue.
