At the core of the CLA family are two distinct turbo engines. The CLA 250 and CLA 250 4MATIC^® Coupes offer a solid 208-hp 2.0L turbo 4-cylinder engine. Capable of producing 375 hp, the AMG^® CLA 45 owes its strength to the most powerful 4-cylinder engine on the market: a handcrafted AMG^® 2.0L turbo 4-cylinder. Even though the CLA family’s two engines produce formidable horsepower, they still manage to net a favorable fuel economy thanks to features like ECO START^®.

Superior Handling Technology

The 2019 CLA Coupes offer precise driver control at every turn. As well as advanced power, the CLA cranks out generous amounts of torque—258 to 350 lb-ft to be exact. For silky-smooth performance, each CLA model comes equipped with a 7-speed automatic dual-clutch transmission, complete with DYNAMIC SELECT^®. This program offers ECO, Comfort, Sport, and Individual modes, plus a Sport + and optional RACE mode for the AMG^® CLA 45. The Mercedes-Benz CLA Coupe’s distinguished 4-door design carries over to the 2019 model year, along with its stylish contours, wheel arcs, and front fascia. Chino and San Bernardino County drivers can personalize the CLA with several optional features, such as a panorama roof or the AMG^® “Red Cut” Exclusive Package. To the rear, you’ll find a spacious trunk, which can be expanded using the split-folding rear seats. The optional HANDS-FREE ACCESS^® system senses your SmartKey^® remote and lets you open the trunk with the light kick to the rear bumper.
